It doesn't take a lot of time to help ICAG and InfoEd grow. There are a variety of ways you can volunteer. To join the cause contact us at : icag@infoed.org. Here are some ways that you can help:

Advisory Group Participation

InfoEd and ICAG host several advisory sessions each year. These sessions are stand-alone or held in conjunction with NCURA, SRA or the InfoEd User Group Conference. Also each product sub-team hosts periodic meetings to exchange ideas and meet with product managers. Networking alone is worth the time and effort.

Webinar Co-Facilitators

InfoEd regularly hosts webinars on topics of interest to customers. Volunteers are needed to assist with the presentation by providing real world examples and lessons learned. First Resource - Be a "Buddy". New InfoEd customers are interested in hearing from current ones. Questions range and you can always refer them back to InfoEd. This is a great way to help new customers feel welcome.

Surveys

ICAG conducts user surveys to better advise InfoEd on customer priorities. Customers are encouraged to share their opinions on enhancements, improve service, Webinar and session topics, and collaboration. But, help is also needed to design and develop these instruments. Information about the surveys is circulated through the InfoEd LISTSERVs.

ICAG Website

Help maintain our website content by taking the lead on securing approved revised content. You don't have to know HTML to do this. You just have to ensure the new content has been reviewed and approved.

Message Board

Members can participate in the ICAG Forum, a message board that allows ICAG members to discuss a variety of issues. The distinction between the LISTSERV and the message board is that threads are retained and searchable in the future.
