ICAG provides a forum to coordinate feedback from the InfoEd user community, communicate user needs, make recommendations, and convey areas of challenge. ICAG members serve as a resource to InfoEd, providing guidance and knowledge from those who use their products. It is expected that this collaboration will ultimately enhance the product offerings and delivery to its customers.
